Our Services - Residential and Commercial
Site Analysis/System Design

Every project begins with an extensive site evaluation.  We will look for roof orientation, space availability, type of roofing system and possible shading issues.

This critical component of the process is the first and most important step in maximizing your solar system's production.  Once the initial evaluation is made, we can determine the optimum system components to include in our proposal.

In addition to a physical site evaluation, we will also take a look at your last year's electric bills to determine the home/building's electrical load.  At this point we can also make basic recommendations to improve your energy efficiencies.

We have HERS raters on staff to provide a more in depth energy analysis if needed.  In addition to a HERS rating, we can also provide complex energy models for new or existing buildings.
Equipment Sourcing and Installation

We are constantly working with our suppliers to guarantee the lowest prices on our systems.  While we can source most manufactures, we find it is best to work with a few to pass on quantity discounts to our customers.

We prefer to work with Sharp (we certified by Sharp), Evergreen, AGT, Fronius, Xantrex, SMA and Unirac.

Once the equipment is delivered, the final step in the process begins.  In addition to manufacture certifications, our experience truly sets us apart.  We have over ten years of experience in the roofing business.  Simply put, we know roofs.

Combine our experience and training in the solar industry with our roofing background and you have a company that can guarantee the roof penetrations as well as structural integrity of the installation.
Engineering and Permits

Sometimes the most complicated step in installing a solar system is finding an experienced engineer and a contractor with experience to assemble a complete permit package.  This step is often overlooked and it results in extensive delays and increased cost.

South Florida is a unique region in that we must adhere to the Miami-Dade Hurricane Code, one of the most stringent in the Country.  Having the proper engineering is critical not only to obtain a permit, but also to ensure the system is installed safely and is capable of withstanding hurricane winds.

We understand these requirements well, and we work with some of the best engineers in South Florida to make sure we comply with all the applicable codes.
